The Griffins continue to led the Sooners

What a battle down in Stillwater, Ok with the Sooners and Cowboys. Blake Griffin and the Sooners continue to win and climb the ranks in the process. With 26 points and 19 rebounds and his 17th double-double, B. Griffin continues to display why he should be the #1 pick in the 2009 NBA Draft and oh yeah the Naismith Player of the Year in college basketball. The Cowboys played a tough first half against the Sooners and tried to get Griffin off of his game. Technicals were called on both teams during the first half of the game. Griffin, in the second half turned up his play by hitting all six of his shots and going 8-12 from the free throw line. The Sooners shot 61 percent during the second half with Griffin and Johnson stepping up. The Sooners are now 6-0 in conference play and have won their eight straight game overall.
